Evinrude Engine does not have a value here.
The boat is too small - will be parked most of the year.
Too Expensive - does not worth more than 40 Max.
I will not buy it even for 10K

Not powerfull enough... under 125, you will struggle...
just a hint: there is nothing like a cheap boat... my recommendation: find a guy with a boat and make sure he becomes your best friend.

Forget the boat body model - this is fibre glass.
Working hours is a must - there will be a meter on the engine.
90HP - to weak as XOF said

You are welcome - Good luck.
My advice; don't be happy with the model or how clean is the body - Everything in the body could be fixed.
Don't buy a 2 stroke Engine.
Look fo rthe hours meter, don't buy anything over 500 Hours.
Don't buy a boat with single engine
