Hi,

Interesting subject ..... actually it is comon when driving for long time. but , people rearly speaks about it :wink: .

The best thing to do is to see a Doctor in order to be sure that every thing is OK and ready for next trips.

Being around weight for few years made me an expert in back pain, knees, elbows, wrists and all other injuries associated with weight lifting. On the other hand i saw clearly that lack of excercise might cause these pains too. I came across people who had knee problems because their leg muscles were too weak to support their knees and the list goes on.

If its an injury or muscle strain, use deep heat or voltarin cream, also you might use cataflam tablets which reduces inflation of the muscle, you can buy it from any pharmacy.

I have the best advice,, make your trips more often :), you will get soo used to it,, you wont at all feel the pain.. As they say mate, no pain no gane ;)

Na I think that the treatment of Mozi at a friend iquana Mr. Karim Yasser (ky) :wink: is an expert in the treatment of spinal pain
