i guess this question will help people looking for new offroading cars to have a general idea, and when i say try it means 1 complete offroading trip at least:

1. Wrangler YJ 1994, date: 2003 - 2005
2. Wrangler TJ 2005, date: 2005 - 2007
3. Cherokee XJ 1996, date: 2007
4. Grand Cherokee ZJ 1998, date: 2007
5. Grand Cherokee WJ 2002, date: 2005
6. Land Cruiser GXR, date: 2004-2007
7. Nissan Patrol SWB and LWB, date: 2001, 2000
8. Land Rover Discovery 1998, date: 2003
9. Touareg 2005, date: 2005
10. Misubishi Pajero SWB 1992, date: 1997- 2002
11. FJ Cruizer 2007, date: 2007
12. Hummer H3 2007 Current

I started with XJ 1994 manual for one year.
Then ZJ 1994 V8 for 3 years.
Pajero 2003 3.5 lt. LWB for 4 months only.

Nissan patrol 2003
and finally KJ 2005 manual. :wink:

Go idea man
Owned the following offroad vehicle

Vehicle Perfomance

Toyota LC VXR 1984 Exellent
Toyota LC GXR 1992 Excellent
Nissan Pathfinder 1999 Very good but feel and drive like a truck
ML 320 2003 Very good but you have to switch off VSD
Toyota Prado vxr 2005 Exellent
Toyota FJC Excellent Again VSD spoils the fun as it is linked to the gears
Toyota Prado 2007/8 VXR Exellent

And all be driven off road before Engine breaking in period.
Some cars are designed to be dress-up..still dressing mine mpenzi@ad4x4.com

I traied these

Suzuki Samurai Manual transmission ( Nice & Qute )
Jeep Wrangler 99 TJ manual transmission ( Stock )
TLC 97 Auto transmission (As slow as a snail)
Nissan Patrol 92 model ( still too slow )
TLC 2005 Auto transmission ( once only and nothing serious at all :lol: )
JEEP WRANGLER 05 :twisted:
Waiting to try the 500 HP 2005 TLC off road :twisted:
