Fearuae, you are already advanced which is the max grade we can give based on driving skills. To be upgraded to an Explorer, you have to do at least one full trip

No No Fearuae, you need to organize your own trip, which means that you choose a route, plan the trip, announce it .. and then come back and make a report .. After this, you need to send a warning letter to Khaiwi to approve your upgrade ...
If you remember, you and surfer were upgraded to Advanced from your first trip with Khaiwi in Dubai after his recommendation

Can I know why I'm not even a newbie???
Based on the "AD4x4 Grading System" post a Newbie is : "Newbie (*): Any member attended at least one club trip. "
I was in the marshal run last week, you can ask Jo, Walid, Diver, ..... AH I see .... they don't remember me because my stuck count still ZERO

Ok let talk seriously, by definition a grade is : "a degree or step in a scale, as of rank, advancement, quality, value, or intensity"[dictionary.reference.com]. So by human nature every one will be attracted by a better grade, and the fact that our grade are almost public push pple to try to be upgraded ASAP. May be we should change the name it self to some thing else or reverse the scale, like a newbie will have a kind of 5 stars (unsafe) and the advanced only one (Then every one will try to keep his stars
) or we don't publish the grades except for the marshals.
Don't you think ??
PS: Iguana can you upgrade me plz ??? plz plz plz plz plz

Grading system is under revision and new one will be announced shortly ..
As for your request for upgrade .. the answer is NO ..
