Xof, you have to specify more details, like which nationality, you want someone who is already here or someone to bring from their country, everything has different procedures.

Extrem: ideally, we wish to have someone already in UAE. It's a gamble to get someone out of the country as you can't test her... For nationalities, ideally, Sri Lanka or Ethiopia, but this is not the main criteria.

Scorpio: i know about the Abela/Spineys board. But very unfortunately, there is no ads right now. i'm keeping an eye on it weekly.
