Just found it and used it last weekend on my Range Rover. This faboulous new product is called a "Foxwing Awning".
It's made by Rhino-Rack Australia. Fits on any roof rack and covers the side and rear of the vehicle. 16sq metre in total. Massive. Shade and waterproof. check it out on http://www.rhinorack.com.au
Perfect for desert camping. Sara Auto Care have them in stock in Dubai.
