My Company is looking for the following:
1- Coordinator Contracts
Reporting to Senior Manager. The Coordinator Contracts will work with the Senior Manager to develop and implement an approved annual plan and strategy for the client proposal process.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA in Finance, Commerce or Estimating or equivalent
Excellent oral and written English essential.
Spoken and written Arabic helpful but not essential.
Minimum 2-3 years within either:
•Within a process Estimating/Costing department
•Evidence of successful proposal delivery
•Ideally previous experience within an educational environment
•Ability to process plot and develop manageable timelines.
2- Senior Officer Finance
Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Senior Officer, Finance will work with integrity to facilitate the financial arrangements relating to the budget allocation for the department maintaining auditable records.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally a Master’s degree in a finance/accountancy related discipline
Minimum Bachelor degree.
Excellent oral and written English essential.
Spoken and written Arabic helpful but not essential.
Ideally a minimum of 3 years within a similar educational establishment
Experienced bookkeeper to trial balance
Ability to manage and record petty cash transactions
Ability to analyse strategic plans and extrapolate budgets to enable achievement
Proven experience with all office technology, printers, photocopiers, faxes etc.
Computer literate
Proven filing and retrieving skills
3- Coordinator Press and Media Relations
Reporting to Senior Coordinator, Events and Media Relations. The Coordinator Press and Media Relations will work with the Senior Coordinator to implement the approved annual plan and strategy for the promotion of The Institute of Applied Technology, its students and its services, maintaining it in the highest complementary media profile through events, exhibitions and articles.
REQUIREMENTS
BA in community Relations/Marketing or equivalent
Excellent oral and written English essential.
Spoken and written Arabic helpful but not essential.
Minimum 2-3 years within either:
•Public Relations
•Media Relations
Proven experience in developing event appropriate promotional media
Ability to liaise with and manage external contractors
Thorough knowledge of marketing and media strategies.
