hello guyz, hope all are well....ok, i sent my car to the agency, western motors, after i got the car again, the car was totaly not mine...a lot of errors and problems i had...and they chared me 1600 for the 60k service....and each time am going there, they keep saying the car is of...lool, i mean am the one who is driving it and i can see what is wrong with it... so i gave up with them...i went to the TE agency to see what do they do at the 60k service, and it was the same to WM, but they charge only 660 derhams...which makes a dif of 940 derhams..and it is not a lil amount...

honestly, the way WM treating a customer is rubbish. beside, when i got it back, they said it is washed and cleaned..loool, when i got in the car, there was sand more the desert does...

any way guyz, i just wanted to say hi, but i couldnt find a way....soo hiiiiii to alll...see u soon nshala

well said about to be specific about probs.
1. If there is some sand covering ur car, and the service is about changing oil and belts, some of that sand or dust must go،but it didnt. Which makes me doubt about what did they change.
2. I used to do less than half the tank from AD to RAK. But now am doiing the half tank from AD to al ain. On same average speed.
3. AC is making some hella loud sound were i didnt face it before, they said they cleaned it!!
4. When i drive, i feel the whole wind is in the car too noisy, they said they fixed it.!!!
5. Looooots are there

thnx

I own 2 Jeeps, 2dr Wrangler JK and Cherookee XJ. Both cars are being serviced by WM.
I also own other cars, Toyota Landcruiser, Lexus and Honda. I service them at the Agents workshop.
My verdict is that WM are the best and provide "Personalized" services. I am very happy with all their staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Momin, the Manager. 8-)

I suggest that you contact Mr. Momin and he will look into your grievences. :|

i had 4 cars with WM: liberty, JK and still TJ and Grand cherokee... I'm 100% happy...

so, let's say you are unlucky. Go back there, stay cool, and try to sort this out with them. I'm sure they will be more than willing to make you a Happy Jeeper.

and btw, as said Nasser, it's worst (or not better ;) ) with other brand i heard also...

super_jordan,

are you sure you are talking about the same WM in Abu Dhabi, Mussaffah? Not in Al Ain?

Well ... we Abu Dhabi Jeepists can only be glad about WM being so helpful and as competent as possible!
But on the other hand: do not forget, we are ALL humans ... and implicitly IMPERFECT, but at least WM Abu Dhabi and especially the service branch Mussaffah DOES listen to customers and DOES help!

(or did any one get a competent ring&pinion or lift job done at Massood or Al Futtaim ???? At Al Futtaim you void the warranty of your whole car if you just change a LUG NUT ... not a rim  )

heya all,

well it is al ain branch....and am sorry if my post has upset some of u. but it realy annoys u that this is the agency u been dealing with since day one, and it is the same u been dealing with all the time for the services...and at this time when i talk to them, i dont feel like they really care...for me, it is realy important to have a good impression than just gemme keys, take keys, pay money.

yes they have contacted me...and i realy appreciat that....sorry guyz if anyone has miss understood me...WM are great, but the have to be more LISTENING than give-take pay method...

i think we were more surprise than upset... but ok, we are dealing with Mussafah, where we have extra customer care (i have to say we spend quite some time there  )

hope your issues will be solved. Anyway, you are right to demand what is due.

Hi super Jordan
How r u? Hope you r doing well.
I'm not a jeeper and never dealt with WM before but was following this post since day one as a family member. 8-)
Plz don't take this impression that anyone of us (I hope I'm talking about all the club) got annoyed about what you said.
We are a family and we share things like that between us.
You had a bad experience and many had good ones. We share these things to help each other sort things out or just for sharing things.
From what I heard about WM is that they are one of the best in AD, but at the end you are the customer and the customer is always right ;)
No need to apologies and feel free to share anything with your family :)
Hope your car issues will be sorted asap and you end up as happy as you should be.
