AD4X4 MOVING FORWARD - New Management Structure

Dear Valued Members
We are embarking on an exciting new time for the club and we want you to be a part of it!
Since the club was founded back in 2006 the number of members and trips has increased exponentially until today. We have over 5000 registered members, 35 marshals and a thriving offroading community. In order to juggle the demands of the administration and management of the club whilst upholding our core values and principles we will be implementing a new collaborative framework.
Portfolios of responsibility have been developed to support the running of the club and we are looking for nominations of club members who are keen to contribute to the club and who can provide some valuable expertise and input.
The Portfolios are outlined in more detail in the attachment to this post.
Nominations are now open for the above positions so if there is someone in the club you know who has the necessary skills or attributes required for one or more of the above then we want to hear from you! There will be one person accountable for managing each portfolio however they will appoint a team of people to support them so please let us know if you would like to offer your skills or time to support one of the teams.
If you have expertise or experience in any of the above role and would like to nominate yourself for one of these positions then we would love to hear from you!
Here is what to do to submit your nominations!
Step 1. Contact the person you wish to nominate and confirm that they agree to be nominated
Step 2. Complete the nomination form at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/omqjofoZflgzPpyJ2
The form will automatically be submitted to the Election Committee for registration. Explain the reasons for nomination and any special skills the nominated person could provide to the club.
Step 3. Wait for the Elections to open – scheduled to be the first 2 weeks of September. At this time all members who are Newbie level and above can place their vote for the best candidate.
Step 4. Election Results will be announced in Mid September and implementation of the new framework will then commence.
