The Road To Marshal

"The road to Marshal" is a new program created & running by AD4X4 Marshals who are keen to pass the knowledge to the new generations of "Off roaders"

Description: A new series of educational/coaching trips is launched for 2015/2016 season with a vision to extend this program for years...

Aim: To introduce new skills, sharpen existing skills of AD 4x4 drivers for each level through dedicated trips within this program to produce the highest quality skillful future Marshals who will pass the knowledge to new generations joining the club & to make it a sustainable program.

i.e:

Newbies: easy straight crest & very basic recoveries.

Intermediates: side sloping, steep straight crest, easy bowls entry/exit, basic recoveries

Advanced: introduction to side cresting (for newly upgraded) + big bowls, roller coaster side cresting (for advanced who joined more than 3 advanced trips to be prepared for next level) + Lead & Sweep/advanced recovery trips to get ready for Expert level & above].

Focused groups: Newbies, Intermediates & advanced members.

Program duration: starting from 2015/2016 season & looking forward to making it sustainable program to be a flagship for AD4x4 which reflects the club philosophy.

Note: Explorers & Experts: Can join as support team only but the leading, coaching & orders will be the sole responsibility of organizing Marshals.

Special Note: AD4X4 is not a club distributing stars for everyone, hence members must have the above skills as minimum requirement to be qualified to become a Marshal but there are more skills (not related to driving) that are minimum requirements to be upgraded as a Marshal (as explained in upgrading system).
