It will be a fun night of catered food, a DJ, and catching up with fellow AD4x4 offroaders. It will be a party with a twist... The better you get to know your fellow offroaders on the evening the better chance you have of winning prizes
Please sign up on this post with your name, number of adults, number of kids and your phone number. When trips/road convoys are announced in the coming weeks please choose and sign on to one of these
Date: Friday 24th May
Location: Al Khatim
How to get there: Trips at all levels will be announced for the day, keep an eye on the website for details and sign up for
one. Road convoys will be announced from both AD and Dubai for those who wish to join but do not want to attend a trip on the day. All trips will go to the party and you will not be able to leave early
Price: 100 AED per Adult or for Children over 12. Children under 12 Free
Timing: Trips/road convoys will arrive at the party site at 5pm, a sumptuous buffet dinner and water/soft drinks from Crowne Plaza will start at 6pm
What do you need: Chairs are useful, camping equipment if you would like to camp overnight eg tent etc And shisha if you would like
Payment: Payment must be made in advance as we need to pay for catering in advance. This can be done over the following weeks to marshals on trips, or AD and DXB Shisha nights, or dropping money to; Wasabi at the Crowne Plaza, Jalal at the WM showroom building Corniche, SSS in Khaladiya after 5pm, Jayne at the Emarat Atrium Bldg Sheik Zayed Road Dubai, Sean in Deira Dubai
