Well friends once I heard from a senior member getting stuck is batter then having an incident.

I agree. The skills that Akhateeb speaks of will come in due course. It's the Marshals prerogative to consider it and to what level. The issue here is that people are taking the log book and having a fixation over it.

Guys enjoy the drive, have fun at the current level.

Surely if the Marshals do not introduce the higher level skills one grade lower in a subtle form how will you get promoted and how will the club move on. I guess the Seniors have thought this for a long time and have introduced this process. Let's respect that experience and move on.
