Waleed to Northern Emirates Manager

Jo having moved to the Capital, the Supreme Committee has decided to promote Marshal Waleed to Northern Emirates Manager for AD4x4!

The team in the north is more and more active, with numerous new members, and there is plenty of superb areas to discover there, in addition to the busy Big Red.
