Saturday exercise:
I know we are good and extremely motivated but please lets control our adrenaline (thats the crazy stuff...) especially during the road trip, arrival at the destination and on end of exercise during the departure. These are the moments where we all are easy to spot as AD4x4. We should not be eager to end up as another crazy story in Gus-tails

Don't worry Jo, we will try to "KISS" as much as we can (Keep it simple & stuped)
