Midnight - Sunrise Madness I Trip Report 1-5-08

Good Morning

7 cars met @ 1:45 AM infornt of BMW & headed towards Al Khatim on time. We started offroading @ 3 AM for a 2 hours' night drive, prayed & continued till 7:30 AM after we had our breakfast during the sunrise

The weather was very pleasant specially the night part

. Everyone had his share of Technical stucks, Technical crests & Technical Bowls

I hope the 1st-time night-drivers enjoyed their 1st night experience & want to know who is crazy enough to repeat it

. Everyone did well today :bravo: Thanks everyone for coming, sweeping & recovering. We explored a water resort in the middle of the desert

It was nice to see Megamoe & his group going in the desert while we were going out 8)

Now its time to sleep

Thanx for the Night and the morning Trip we all spent it in Al Khatim
It was Vary special Trip we enjoyed and we had fun.....With great Companies .....

Thanks a lot Karim, was my first night drive but for sure won't be the last...
the track was excellent for testing both car and driver capabelities ( at night ) with a gradual build up of adrenaline and good fun ..

personally, I enjoyed it to big big time......

Sorry for the late post, i thought i had already done it

Thanks for leading such a good trip Diver, i enjoyed the experience of an all nighter and look forward to going again in the future.

Nice to meet up with old friends and make some new ones

There is quite a difference in driving style needed for the desert in the dark, but i imagine in time it will be developed and its certainly a good way of getting on the sand when the weather gets warmer.
