Post by shiroy »

Everyone arrived on time. Briefing was carried out, convoy order and frequency was set and the drive started at approximately 3:20 pm.

Bassem - FJ ***
Deborah - FJ ***

Marshal Keven - Dodge Ram - Out of Convoy

As we gathered in the sand to begin our journey, the excitement was palpable. The sun was shining bright, the air was warm with a cool breeze, and we were eager to hit the sand dunes. We started our journey by heading west towards Sweihan. The landscape was breathtaking, and we couldn't help but marvel at the natural beauty around us.

As we reached Sweihan, we were greeted by a series of large dunes and bowls that beckoned us to explore. Without wasting any time, we immediately headed towards these larger dunes, eager to test our skills and see what the terrain had in store for us. The dunes were massive, and we could feel the adrenaline rush through our veins as we climbed up and down and around the sandy slopes.

After an hour of playing in the larger size dunes and bowls, we crossed the Gatch Road and headed east towards Nahil. The dunes on this side were smaller compared to the other side, but equally challenging. We continued our journey, navigating through the twists and turns of the sandy terrain.

As we made our way towards the end, Marshal Kevin took over the lead and guided us out from the fence line where the trip ended at ADNOC Nahil Sweihan. Everyone drove well, and there were no recoveries needed.

Overall, it was a fantastic drive that left us feeling exhilarated and fulfilled. We enjoyed the company of like-minded people who shared our passion for off-roading and adventure. Thank you Marshal Kevin for being my Supporting Marshal and for all that joined us on this sunday afternoon drive. Look forward to seeing you all in the sand soon.
