TRIP REPORT: Dancing Dunes (Advance)

We all met on time at wedding hall in sweihan and proceeded to deflation point. Had a quick Safety briefing focusing on safety issues related to the level of the drive especially that it was raining and sand was wet which imposes risk of rollover.

The weather was so nice and we had the pleasure of having the following Marshals joining this trip:
Marshal Waqmaster
Marshal tompa-bjorka
Marshal Karam
Marshal Khaled AL Hosani
Marshal Tariq Al Hosani

we started off with the small dunes near the deflation point just to warm up a little, few minutes later we reached to the medium size dunes where we have done many side cresting. within the first hour or less from the start, I got high engine temperature due to wet sand preventing the cooling fan operation. not to spoil the fun for all, I decided to pull out from the trip and requested Marshal Waqmaster to take lead.
Few minutes later Marshals Karam, Khaled and Tariq drove by to assist and managed to bring the temperature back to normal. we soon caught up with the rest of the convoy and enjoyed the outstanding lead of Waqmaster.

The convoy reach Naqra dune but decided to clear the area as it was crowded. since my car came back to life, Waqmaster, gave me back the lead, but this time, I tried to minimize the side cresting to avoid getting the sand on the fan bearing.

All drivers did extremely well controlling their cars on wet sand. some of the passengers started feeling sick near the end of the trip. this could be due to the fast pace drive we had...apology for this

Driving on wet sand was a learning experience.The pace was consistently high and track selection was challenging allowing for a lot of wow moments

Amazing trip, with high level of skills, which means more fun, more fun.

My guest just arrived from Russia straight from airport to desert. They enjoyed it very much but one had enough and I ran out of dizinil pills.

We had interesting 4 stucks and one over heat, few second tries, which means:
Exiting track, Pushing it hard, but keeping it safe when its gravity doing its work.
