Trip Report- Newbie with Bisho- Sweihan- 1/2/2019

It was an amazing day, with awesome weather and a lot of cars. We all met in Sweihan Wedding hall and moved towards the deflation point in a convoy of 16 cars. There we met 3 other cars, waiting in the deflation point. Thank you Irfan and Kamran for informing me earlier that you will meet us there. We had our briefing there with the support of Marshal Yehia (glad to see you back in the dunes) and then they convoy was set having Mohamed Falcon as the second lead and Ahmed Saeed happy2555 as the official sweeper.

Convoy was set and we started cruising the dunes. We started off with a technical area and the practiced the basic newbie skills. We practiced straight cresting and descending. We had a few second tries and a few stucks but overall the drivers managed to control their cars quiet well. Half way through, we changed the lead and Misso took over the convoy. We played around the lovely dunes of sewihan and finished the trip at around 5:30 pm. We headed to the BBQ point where some of the drivers had to leave immediately, and the others stayed for a nice chat and then we had dinner together as one big family. Finally, I would like to thank all those who participated in the trip an thank the support team for their great efforts.

Thanks Bisho and Misso for organizing and leading this trip. BBQ was delicious and arrangements were superb.
It was indeed pleasure to have with us Marshal Yehia after long time, and Marshal Khalid and Marshal Amr joining BBQ after long and hectic trip with Jeepers.
