It was a nice trip, met very old members like Chuck and 7 newbies ... in addition to 18 other members (Total 26) ... A challenging route picked up by Khalid who decided to split the group into 2 while the other Totally Newbie group was led by Adiga ..

Dear Emperor, dear Members,

i really enjoyed todays trip after almost 5 month of total inactivity. The red one also stopped making those bad noises i heard for the last couple of month after we drove a few meters into the desert. It seems that he also missed to drive around with all of you.

I met again a lot of the "old" faces like Jo, Tweety, Mpenzi, Big Foot, Iguana, Moe, Adiga, the _Mag Brothers Gang, but also some new faces like Jax, Jean and other people.

But i also missed, Diver, XJ, G-man, Luck..., DOC !!, Mike and Katharina, Antrax, Mansoor, Ali, ............. and so many other guys from the earlier days.

I also saw that the JK Wrangler short and long WB is now well established in the Club and if i would have some money left i would.....

Seems that my rusty Cherokee is now almost the oldest car in the club

And, Moe`s car can fly,at least almost http://www.ad4x4.com/gallery2/v/trips/

Had such a great day!!!Thanks to everyone!!! First trip out with the club for us.... next time we WILL have our own Jeep! It was soooo much fun!!

Thank you Khalid for a great route today and for letting me sweep at the back with Mpenzi (with Jo and Megamoe along for company) - I really enjoyed the experience of the dunes after a rainfall.

Great to see so many new faces - and finally see who Chuck is!
Sorry we couldn't stay for the BBQ - my friends/passengers (skydiverdrivers) had to be back in AD for 8.00pm - next time, inshallah.
Watheq and Lady Power - I must try your infamous 3arayes - I love it!

Thank you Kaled for the trip,

a big number of cars but an amazingly low number of stucks!

It was a good trip to get the feeling of driving concrete dunes up and wet/muddy slipfaces down (keep the steering straight!!).

My first off road trip. I had the best time ever. It was quite a very enjoying and learning experience. Thanks guys for every thing and see you soon in another trip. :thankyou:
