Trip Report: Wadis by Mpenzi on 28th

This was another Mpenzi adventure trip....
we saw the sand meeting the mountains:

Adventures not yet man. watch for this space

Thanks Jo and Dubai Gang.
We started well on a beutiful cloudy day toward al hayer and Schwaib before we met with Dubai gang at Madam round about.
As Jo mentioned above we hit the Malborough Dune at lunch time and play for while........and getting stuck on our way out of the place. That was fun trying to pull out cars without deflations.

We gout out and drive across the gravel plain and then into the Wadis.....First wadi al Khadra where we enjoy the water and had Lunch on a rock and a very nice cold Air but it was tricky to drive on top of the hill but we made.

Second wadi .......Wadi ray where to my suprise there was a lot of water and was very nice to splash around in those water pools. There was also plenty of water at the large pool.

We left the wadis and hit the road back to Madam where we split again with the Dubai Gang.

All in all It was a wondeful day out and would like to Thank my co-Marshal Jo and would like to thank all who joined in this trip
and made this day a memorable one.

Thanks Mpenzi and Jo for the impressive trip you organized.

This being my first trip with AD4x4, it was a nice surprise to meet friendly marshals and members, we (me and my wife) really enjoyed the day.

All of us managed to reach three nice places (2 were new for me) in a single day, counting there were 2 groups.
I guess the marshals managed to merge experience and German timing.

Looking forward to other adventures

It was really fantastic trip , we all enjoyed it , thanks for all members who joined us it was really nice meeting you all.

beautiful wadies , wonderful weather and great company . looot of fun we had without tyre deflations .

Thank you Mpenzi and Jo for organizing this enjoyable trip! With your explanations to the places we visited it was more than just "off-roading".

For me it was a very special one as for the first time since I left my home-country a year ago I came close to my beloved mountains (even if they look a bit different than the Alps

)! The scenery was really breathtaking.

Together with a small group of happy and smiling people there were all the ingredients to make it a memorable day.

For your memories I also just uploaded my pictures of the trip. Do not miss the 3 panorama pics (P1-3) at the end

Once again: thank you all for sharing that day and hope to see you soon again!
