Newbie: Sundowner III: Dubai Easy Ride Friday 3rd of August

i just got back after going to the car wash first

the trip was nice although the weather was hoooooooooooooooooooooot.
i hope the gmc made it safe going back (he had problem with the radiater while we were going from badayer in dubai to faya in sharjah).

me and all the sharjah guys stayed in sharjah and the other guys went back to the starting point .

Hello Tweety, Halwa, Vikram, G-Man, Lucknow, Banna, 4Speed, coodeh, Ernie, Jeep, Surfer, Mpenzi, Sniper and all the rest from Sharjah I don't remember the names.

All the desert maniacs went to get grilled and came back safe. Unfortunately Coodeh had some trouble with his Chevy. The good side of it was: we had some nightdriving as well

Thanks Jeep for the leed and for the great dune! Mpenzi, your sweep as usual excelend and Lucknow and G-man thanks for the special support for Coodeh...

Amazing day out. First Time I drive that route. I managed to make it to the Top of Big Red before the main group got there, and yes I have a witness

Newbies did well conciderable the first time and all.
Thanks to our brothers from Sharjah Surfer ,Jeep and others.

Al Faya area was very nice, Huge sandune for playing and suprisingly there were only few people there.
Good Trip, good day out and GREAT FUN.

It was nice meeting you too Mpenzi, next time you come here, we'll take you behind Alfaya sand dune, very nice place till the mountain which is one side sand and the other is rock, intermediate to advanced terrain.

Hey Jeep, just a couple of months and everything will be back as it was, BigRed, Area 53 , Pyramids, Pink Rocks etc will all be surfed by ad4x4 members.

Pass by for a coffee when u r in AD.

yah when the weather gets fine the real action will start, then we will have a weekly trip in dubai and you will have to join us.

Hi Jo,

good you have highlighted the Trailblazer parking lot. They tried last week to give the piece of chunk again. Refused and got way with a Pathfinder - worked pretty well. Lesson learned: Trailblazer good for decorating lonely paring spots in the dessert....
