After deflation and briefing, the new Logbook was introduced and sold to interested members. Some already had the logbook, which shows, how active our members are participating in our trips.
The overall interest and acceptance of the logbook is great and it was a new experience to give feed back on the spot and sign for the participation.
We took it easy from the beginning but at a good pace on our long way to Al Khatim. As i felt the group was confident, and actually was asking for more, we increased the pace and put some spices here and there. Some slopes, some easy side crests and lots of driving on small crests. Some technical climbs and crossings kept the attention at a high level. It was good watching the confidence rising and everybody performed really good. The team worked good together and communication was maintained throughout the trip. We had minimal stucks and all were recovered easily from the team. Dave had to leave a bit earlier towards Al Khazna (I hope you made it in time) as the rest continued towards al Khatim, that we reached for inflation just before sunset. Very well done everybody, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
